No account is required. Game progress, favorites and achievements are stored in your browser. We are not responsible for progress lost when you clear browser data, switch devices or use private browsing.

The AfiumGames name, logo, design system and original game code are owned by AfiumGames. You may not copy, redistribute or host our games elsewhere without written permission.
4. Developer submissions
If you submit a game, you confirm you own or have licensed all rights to it, and you grant AfiumGames a non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote it. We may approve, reject or remove a submission at our discretion, including for duplicate, unsafe or infringing content.

Ratings and comments must remain respectful. We may hide or delete content that is abusive, spammy, unlawful or off-topic.
6. Advertising
The site is supported by advertising. Ads are served by third parties and their content is not endorsed by AfiumGames.
7. Limitation of liability
The website and its games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfiumGames is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
